Bass Method:
1. Put your brush, in an angle of 45, on the border of your teeth and gums.
2. Brush 2 or 3 teeth each time by shaking your hands between right and left side and moving your brush downwards by a force of rotation.
3. Follow the same processes aforementioned for the teeth of your lower jaw. However, please change your direction of rotation as upward for these teeth.
4. Finally, don’t forget the inward side of your teeth.
