We use homemade yogurt and during extreme summers it is often the case that the yogurt turns out to be bitter. Have started using this machine for about a week and so far it is giving great results. Fermentation is excellent due to controlled temperature and now it’s easier to make yogurt any time without fear of it being getting soured.
